Post-Hospital Rehabilitation

Recovering Strength & Restoring Independence in Rogers Park

We help our residents recover their strength and restore confidence and independence. Our approach to post-hospital rehabilitation is specifically designed to help reduce pain, improve living skills and enjoy greater freedom of movement and overall functionality. Therapists are available to work with residents 7 days a week.

Our Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Includes:

A physical therapy clinic setup with a treatment table, exercise equipment, and a window, promoting rebuilding and therapy services available up to seven days a week.

Physical and occupational therapy offered up to 7 days a week

Functional and community reintegration trainings
